Republicans Call For More Immigration
You won’t believe why.
It’s shocking to think that Republican lawmakers want to import more migrants into the United States however they are doing just that.
According to Breitbart, controversy began when Independent Senator Kyrsten Sinema was speaking to the mayor of Somerton, Arizona, during a PR event where she asked him what he wants from the new 2023 migration bill.
Mayor Gerardo Anaya simply responded, “We need cheap labor.”
That’s when Republican Senator Thom Tillis decided to jump into the conversation and said, “I wouldn’t call it cheap labor. I would call it affordable labor because one thing that you all know, the lettuce can grow on either side of the border. And if we don’t come up with solutions for a sustainable workforce, we’re going to be importing [lettuce].“
Senator Tillis attempted to save Sinema and Mayor Anaya from openly admitting that they want more migrants to come work here in the United States but ended up failing anyways.
What Senators Sinema and Tillis are really doing is quietly demanded for more immigration to fill farming jobs in the United States.
What’s worse is that a handful of Republicans are backing Sinema. The lawmakers who are working with Sinema to increase migration to fill labor jobs are: Sens. Tillis, John Cornyn (R-TX), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Jerry Moran (R-KS), James Lankford (R-OK), Chris Coons (D-DE), and Chris Murphy (D-CT).
