With mortgage rates reaching shocking new heights in 2023 thanks to President Biden, Florida homeowners are relieved that they moved to the sunshine state when they did.
According to Fox, former Colorado business owner Gary Rademacher explained, “The people are nice, you can’t beat the weather and just the climate here, and the business is wide open.”
It appears that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis did what nearly all other governors couldn’t in the last few troubling years and made Florida’s economy even better.
A large number of Americans departed from primarily Democrat controlled states with high taxes such as New York and California and moved to places like Florida and Texas to save money and live a better quality of life.
Surprisingly, not just Florida but the South in general has some of the lowest individual income taxes in the United States and is one of the fastest growing regions in America.
Americans want to flee from states that are heavily influenced by President Biden and the Democrats. Roughly 1.4 million people moved to Florida last year alone and the state keeps growing.
Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona, South Carolina and Tennessee all lead when it came to migration growth.
