Democrats To Double National Debt
This is terrifying…
Thanks to President Biden and the Democrats, the United States is currently on path to almost DOUBLING the U.S. federal debt in the next 10 years.
According to Breitbart, the Congressional Budget Office has projected that the federal budget deficit will average out to around $2 trillion each year for the next 10 years straight. This means that by 2033, the federal governments national debt will increase by around $22.1 trillion. This will mean that total federal debt will be at around $46.4 trillion total.
The CBO said in their report, “The deficit amounts to 5.3 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2023, swells to 6.1 percent of GDP in 2024 and 2025, and then declines in the two years that follow. After 2027, deficits increase again, reaching 6.9 percent of GDP in 2033—a level exceeded only five times since 1946.”
CBO director Phillip Swagel himself explained, “The debt trajectory is unsustainable. At some point, something has to give — whether it’s on spending or revenue.”
It is currently unclear what President Biden and the Democrats will do or if they will do anything at all. Something has to change dramatically before the debt reaches an insurmountable new high.
