Biden’s Tax Evasion Bombshell
This is what double standards look like.
President Biden has said a number of times now that he is demanding for corporations and wealthy Americans to pay their “fair share” in taxes however he chooses to ignore that his own family is currently at the center of a tax evasion, money laundering and wire fraud investigation thanks to House Republicans.
According to Breitbart, Biden recently “Look, I’m a capitalist. But the wealthiest and biggest corporations need to pay their fair share.”
President Biden also continues to brag about the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act which forces a 15 percent minimum corporate tax rate and has paid the IRS to hire 87,000 new IRS agents.
“Thankfully now, because of the law I signed, billion-dollar companies have to pay a minimum 15 percent in taxes,” Biden said without realizing his own hypocrisy.
Biden’s comments about businesses and wealthy Americans not paying their fair share in taxes comes while the House Republicans are just beginning to investigate the Biden family for nine potential violations some of which include money laundering, wire fraud, and tax evasion.
What’s even worse for President Biden is that the Justice Department is also investigating his son separately for tax crimes and gun violations.
House Oversight Committee Chair and Republican Rep. James Comer also said, “I want to be clear, this is an investigation of Joe Biden. The Biden family’s business dealings implicate a wide range of criminality from human trafficking to potential violations of the constitution.”
“In the 218th Congress, this committee will evaluate the status of Joe Biden’s relationship with his family’s foreign partners and whether he is a president who is compromised or swayed by foreign dollars or influence,” he added.
