Biden Sending Stimulus Checks For Americans In Summer 2022?
Here’s what we know…
As the United States attempts to fight off inflation which was brought on by President Biden’s excessive spending along with the COVID-19 pandemic and its negative effects on the economy.
Many Americans and even some lawmakers are now calling on Biden to issue another stimulus to keep America from succumbing to its weaknesses.
According to Go Banking Rates, in March 2021, 21 senators called on President Biden to issue ongoing, monthly stimulus checks to Americans however that plan did not pass.
Then exactly one year later in March of 2022, Biden asked Congress for $22.5 billion to help America bounce back from the pandemic faster but that plan was also shut down because lawmakers couldn’t agree on the proposed plan and how to allocate the money. If it would have passed, Americans would have likely received another stimulus check by now.
Sadly, the chance of Americans getting a fourth stimulus check now are highly unlikely.
The news isn’t all bad however. Even though President Biden is unable to send another stimulus check, some states are now stepping up and giving their residents their own stimulus check to help them get by.
Currently California, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Maine, Minnesota, New Jersey and New Mexico are all planning to send some form of relief or have already sent our relief for their residents.
