Democrats in Congress are in full blown panic mode because they know they have to sort out serious problems in President Biden’s $1.75 trillion “Build Back Better” bill before Christmas or else they know it could be doomed!
While the bill is not dead yet, the Democrats desperately need more time which they do not have.
According to Fox Business, Democrats set a goal to pass the massive bill through Senate just before Dec. 25th however it still isn’t complete.
Currently, Democrats are trying to set legislative proposals and trying to figure out the specific language in the bill. What’s worse is that Democrat Senator Joe Manchin is asking to put a pause on the social spending package because inflation is out of control.
So why exactly does this bill need to pass before Christmas?
Democrats are facing some serious problem if they have to pass it after Christmas such as the fact that there is a 50/50 Senate during a pandemic just before the holidays and unlike the House, the Senate does not allow remote voting. All of the Democrat Senators need to remain healthy and appear in person to vote if not this bill is as good as dead.
