The White House recently released the 2021 tax returns of the President and Vice President of the United States.
In 2021 President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden reported that they made a combined federal adjusted gross income of $610,702 last year.
According to Fox News, President Biden and the First Lady filed their income taxes together and paid a total of $150,439 in federal income tax.
Fox further explained that the Biden’s federal income tax rate equaled out to 24.6%. They also donated $17,394 to a total of 10 charities.
Biden made $378,833 last year in income as the president because he took office on January 20th, 2021.
Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff reported a federal adjusted gross income of $1,655,563. They both paid $523,371 in federal income tax combined. Their federal income tax rate for 2021 was 31.6%.
