Warren Threatens White House
This is getting bad.
On Tuesday alone, airports across the United States experienced an astounding 6,700 flight delays.
In just the last 10 years, airports across America has had a whopping 70,000 flight delays or cancelations and airlines have little to no explanation to offer other than blaming the pandemic.
According to Fox, This news prompted Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Alex Padilla to bash the Biden Administration more specifically Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and told him to get things in order quickly.
“After receiving billions in taxpayer support during the pandemic, the airline industry’s customer service has reached a new, unacceptable low,” Sen. Alex Padilla wrote.
Padilla and Warren then wrote a letter to Buttigieg urging him to “hold airlines accountable for delayed and canceled flights.”
“Some delays are inevitable, but consistently delaying flights for reasons within an airline’s control is an unfair and deceptive practice,” the senators wrote in a letter.
