Warren Goes On Another Trump Witch Hunt

Senator Elizabeth Warren is now targeting former President Donald Trump and wants the Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate whether or not his merger in October between Trump Media and Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp. was already preplanned before the special purpose acquisition company sold shares.
According to Yahoo, Warren believes Digital World’s chief executive officer had this plan in the works with Trump months in advance and that information wasn’t disclosed to potential investors.
“DWAC’s failure to disclose these talks during the process appears to be an omission of material information necessary for both early institutional investors and retail investors in the SPAC’s public offering,” Warren claimed.
Most Americans strongly believe former President Trump is gearing up for a 2024 run. Now, it appears that Democrats have already began building a case against the former President so they can sabotage his chances yet again.
