Critical Store Item Out-Of-Stock
This is getting very bad.
It’s official, baby formula is now 45% out-of stock nationally. Now, major U.S. baby formula makers are about to testify in front of Congress about what they are actively doing to fight the industry-wide crisis.
According to Fox, On May 15th it was found that nearly 50% of all baby formula being sold in America was totally out-of-stock and the problem has only gotten worse.
Datasembly CEO Ben Reich explained, “Inflation, supply chain shortages, and product recalls have brought an unprecedented amount of volatility to the category, and we expect to continue to see baby formula as one of the most affected categories in the market.”
Parents and caregivers are now fighting tooth and nail to get their hands on baby formula which is slowly becoming harder and harder to get.
Currently only 4 companies in America create 90% of the baby formula. Those companies are: Abbott, Gerber, Perrigo and Reckitt.
