500 Dollar Stimulus Checks This Halloween

Residents in the state of Virginia can now look forward to a $500 rebate if they file before Nov. 1.
According to the Washington Examiner, Virginia taxpayers will receive a one-time tax stimulus check if they had a tax liability on their 2021 returns.
Residents who are eligible can get $250 if they filed separately or $500 if they filed jointly.
The state is sending out checks based on how Americans filed their 2021 taxes by direct deposit or via the mail.
People who filed their tax in early September already received their rebate by Oct. 17.
Virginia is one of the few states that are still sending out stimulus checks for people who are still dealing with financial trouble caused by the pandemic or high inflation caused by President Biden.
