Nonetheless, Americans are still fighting hard to purchase their dream homes and people are on the search to find the perfect home for them that is still “affordable”.
As the housing market continued to grow more rocky, Americans are looking to relocate to cities with more affordable housing.
Thanks to inflation caused by Biden the median home price at the moment is $558,275.
Home prices have been fluctuating over the last couple of months and now The Hill has compiled a list of cities with the greatest median decrease in home prices. It was no surprise that Austin, Texas, came in at number one with a 10.3% decrease in home prices.
