Manchin Calls Out Biden
Biden should listen.
Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee Chairman Democrat Joe Manchin criticized President Biden heavily for continuing to be so heavily anti-fossil even as Russia continues to profit greatly off of America while invading Ukraine.
According to Fox, Manchin hit the Biden Administration and said, “This is, in many ways, an energy war. And we need to treat it with that kind of gravity. We can’t bring a knife to a gun fight.”
Manchin added, “We can’t take this seriously enough. So to deny or put up barriers to natural gas projects and the benefits they provide while Putin is actively and effectively using energy as an economic and political weapon against our allies is just beyond the pale.”
