A few weeks ago, in an attempt to lower gas prices across the country, President Biden decided to release tens of millions of barrels worth of crude oil from America’s U.S. oil reserves against the recommendations of oil and gas experts in America.
President Biden and the Democrats claimed that this move would help lower gas prices in America as they rapidly climbed.
Now, it appears as though those American barrels of oil which were meant to lower U.S. gas prices will now go to China and India instead.
According to Fox Business, “U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve is expected to supply Chinese and Indian oil needs as gas demands have led to global shortages.“
Bloomberg further noted that China and India have been buying up U.S. sour crude oil produced in the Gulf of Mexico all thanks to President Biden.
