Biden Tricks America’s Students

Not long ago, President Biden enraged middle class America by announcing that he would forgive anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 in student loan debt.

But now it looks like Biden may be changing his tune because he has now clarified that people who hold private federal student loan debt will receive no financial bail out!

According to Bloomberg, people who have Federal Family Education Loans or Federal Perkins Loan Program loans will no longer receive forgiveness of any kind and will have to pay back their debts fully.

As of right now around 10 million people have a collective of about $248 billion in FFEL debt and another 2 million people have about $6 billion in debt from the Perkins loan program. Biden just eliminated about 16 million people from his debt forgiveness plan.

The Department of Education is now saying, “borrowers with federal student loans not held by [Education Department] cannot obtain one-time debt relief by consolidating those loans into Direct Loans.”

Maybe this another lesson to Americans who continue to trust Democrats blindly and give them their votes.
