Dogecoin Gets Big Push From CEO
Could this make Doge surge?
AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron says the movie theater giant will now accept Dogecoin and some other cryptocurrencies for digital gift card purchases.
“Huge news Dogecoin fans! As we work to accept online crypto payments, now you can buy @AMCTheatres digital gift cards (up to $200 per day) with Dogecoin and other cryptocurrency using a BitPay Wallet,” Aron wrote on Twitter. “Accepted on our web site, mobile app, and in theatres.”

According to Fox Business, The decision happened after Aron asked twitter users if they want AMC to begin accepting Dogecoin for their services. 68% of twitter user who responded said yes.
