DeSantis Schools Dems On Oil And Gas
Are Democrats really this absent minded?
During his recent State of the Union speech, President Biden made an off-script remark about the United States still needing oil and gas for several more years despite their repeated attacks on big oil and gas.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis didn’t hold back his opinions and gave Democrats a lesson that they likely won’t soon forget.
According to Fox, During his SOTU speech President Biden stated, “We are still going to need oil and gas for a while.”
The next day Governor DeSantis tore into Biden and the Democrats saying, “Biden says, ‘we’re gonna need oil for 10 more years,.'”
“Now, if you were a company that wanted to produce more, and he says you’ve got 10 years to go, it’s not worth it to put any money into it at that point. But we all know you’re gonna need traditional energy much, much longer than that,” DeSantis said.
Democrats including Joe Biden are showing their hard-headedness when it comes to oil and natural gas. Republicans have warned them a number of times that their “green solutions” simply are not effective enough at this time to change America’s infrastructure.
Advancements in clean energy are simply too new and not reliable enough to fully transition.
