Democrats Tell Biden To Spend MORE?

Democrat Rep. Pramila Jayapal is now demanding President Biden change course and spend more money after he announced that he wanted to pass a $2 trillion spending bill.
Rep. Jayapal believes that Biden should change it to $3 trillion instead because his $2 trillion figure was simply “too low”.
According to Fox Business, Biden’s initial spending plan costed around $3.5 trillion which included things like expanded child care, health care, education funding and environmental programs however after consideration Biden thought it would be more appropriate to cut some funding and lower it to between $1.9 trillion and $2.3 trillion.
Jayapal and other progressive Democrats aren’t happy and believes America needs to spend more.
“We are fighting for something that will benefit the entire country,” Jayapal said.
“It’s something we’ve been working towards for many years, over the last three years, and we’ve made incredible progress,” she added.
