Millionaires Choose DeSantis
Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis is celebrating after learning that a billionaire hedge fund manager is now moving his business down to Miami to flee the heavily crime-ridden city of Chicago.
According to Fox Business, billionaire Ken Griffin who owns Citadel Securities decided to move to Florida after a number of issues and crime targeted him personally and his employees.
DeSantis Press Secretary Christina Pushaw stated, “Under Gov. DeSantis’ leadership, Florida is booming, because it’s a free state. Workers and business owners do not have to worry about lockdowns, restrictions, or mandates. Taxes are low, while infrastructure continues to improve.”
Pushaw added, “Moreover, Florida is a law and order state. Violent crime has skyrocketed in cities like Chicago because of pro-crime leftist ideology. We do not tolerate that in Florida. Because of our safe, business friendly environment, businesses from all over the country are relocating here, creating jobs and income. We welcome Citadel to Miami as the latest new arrival!”
