Democrats Caught Secretly Passing New Law

It has been learned that just before the 2022 year ended, President Biden and his administration secretly signed off on Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations that will now protect small streams, wetlands and waterways in an attempt to keep the environment clean.
Initially, former President Donald Trump lifted these regulations to help property owners including Americans who were farmers, builders, and oil producers. However, now President Biden’s decision has created more problems for these groups of individuals.
According to Fox, President Joe Biden practically repealed a major Trump-era policy and now certain waterways will be less susceptible to pollution.
President Biden’s decision now changes the definition of “Waters of the United States” and it was signed off on by the EPA on December 29th and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers also signed off on it on December 28th.
This decision now changes what waterways are protected by the federal government via the Clean Water Act and appears to mimic Barack Obama’s policy from 2015.
The Biden administration claimed that property owners were allowed to damage habitats by dumping harmful pollutants into the unprotected waterways under Trump’s regulations and now they won’t be able to.
