Crime In America Reaches All-Time High
What are Democrats going to do?
Walmart CEO Doug McMillon has just sounded the alarm and is warning President Biden and Democrat leaders that the issue of theft has become too large of a problem for them to handle on their own at this point.
According to Fox, in a new interview McMillon warned CNBC that theft is “higher than what it has historically been.” He added that while Walmart does have safety and security measures “that we’ve put in place by store location” the issue is still a big problem for them.
“I think local law enforcement being staffed, and being a good partner is part of that equation, and that’s normally how we approach it,” McMillon added.
It’s not just Walmart being affected either, the National Retail Federation found total losses from theft increased to a total of $94.5 billion in 2021. Furthermore, organized retail crime increased an astounding 26.5% on average.
Democrats are letting crime soar to astounding levels and as a result honest American will now have to pay because McMillon pointed out that “prices will be higher and/or stores will close” because of the crime.
McMillon asked Democrat lawmakers to wake up and make “policy consistency and clarity so we can make capital investments with some vision.”
