CEO’s Face EXTREME New Problem
Here is the problem they just can’t solve.
It is now being reported CEO’s of many major companies are struggling extremely hard to get employees back into their business after the 18 months Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the firing of millions of workers.
According to CNBC, hosts David Faber and Jim Cramer, who stay in communication with some of the top CEO’s of many companies said, “I continue to hear a litany of frustration from those who run large organizations in terms of their inability to get people back in the office. I had a lunch and a dinner last night. It’s just a never-ending theme. Some of these CEOs are at their wits’ end as how they deal with it. ‘How do I get people back in.’”
Cramer then talked about a new Covid antiviral pill being developed by Merck which could ease tension for millions of workers and help get them back to work.
“A lot of the times when you speak with companies that are involved in the supply chain, the issue is absenteeism. People are scared. Maybe if this makes it so you’re less scared, you’re going to show up to work,” Cramer said regarding to new pill being developed.
