BREAKING: American Automaker Tightens Down On Workers
Who would have thought!
In a shocking turn of events, Ford Motor Co. is now demanding for all of their salaried U.S. employees to get fully vaccinated by December 8th or they will be put on unpaid leave.
Employees will be allowed to remain unvaccinated if they provide a medical or religious exemption.
According to Fox, Ford had been making a decision regarding their stance for several months now but finally made it official.
A Ford spokesperson told Fox, “The health and safety of our workforce remains our top priority and we have been very encouraged by the support of our employees to comply with our protocols, including the more than 84-percent of U.S. salaried employees who are already vaccinated.”
Ford has now joined a long list of other U.S. companies who have complied with President Biden’s mandates.
Ford Motor Company will announce a COVID-19 vaccine mandate that will place salaried employees who don’t comply on unpaid leave for at least 30 days.
