Biden Unveils New Budget, Americans Suffer More
Biden wants to raise taxes like crazy.
President Biden is looking to cut the U.S. deficit and he wants to do that by raising taxes on the American people.
Basically what Biden wants to do is tax his way out of debt and things have gotten so crazy that now even Democrat Senator Joe Manchin is calling him out.
According to Fox, Manchin condemned President Biden’s plan to raise taxes on the American people and said, “You can’t basically just tax your way out of debt. You can’t borrow your way out of debt and you can’t cut your way out of debt. You can do a combination of all of those to a certain extent and manage your debt – we’re not managing debt.”
Manchin’s comments came after President Biden unveiled his March budget proposal where he blatantly said, “I want to make it clear. I’m gonna raise some taxes.”
Instead Manchin pushed back against Biden’s plan and said he wanted to push a bipartisan approach to a balanced budget.
Manchin then explained, “We’ve had record spending 21 years in a row, more than what we’ve taken in. When you have running a deficit 21 years in a row and nothing has happened and we accumulated debt. And the way we’ve accumulated it, by 2050, we’ll have $130 trillion of public debt. We’ll be spending $5 trillion a year. Just the interest on that, there’s no way you can survive.”
