Biden Puts Americans’ Money At RISK
This could get ugly.
President Biden has just appointed former New Orleans Democratic Mayor Mitch Landrieu as the senior adviser and infrastructure coordinator for the whopping $1 trillion infrastructure bill raising concern from many Americans.
Landrieu led the city of New Orleans from 2010 to 2018 and served as the lieutenant governor as well. Landrieu is disliked by many Louisiana residents who claim that he made financial issues far worse in their state. Some resident even accuse Landrieu of single handedly driving the city of New Orleans into the ground financially.
According to Fox News, Landrieu was selected by Biden because of his strong relationships with leaders which spans from state and municipal levels.
“In this role, Landrieu will oversee the most significant and comprehensive investments in American infrastructure in generations—work that independent experts verify will create millions of high-paying, union jobs while boosting our economic competitiveness in the world, strengthening our supply chains, and acting against inflation for the long term,” the White House released in a statement.
Some are even speculating now that Democrats are positioning Landrieu for a future presidential run.
Good God the Democratic party is down so bad that they’re psyching themselves up for Mitch Landrieu https://t.co/PykJnhtP8T
