Biden’s administration is clueless.
President Biden has been celebrating the recent decline in gas prices however it’s rare that he ever wants to accept any blame when gas prices go up.
Now, Newsmax’s White House correspondent James Rosen dropped a bombshell question on President Biden’s White House Council of Economic Adviser and the question was so shocking that it left him stuttering.
In transcript provided by Newsmax, Rosen asked, “Aren’t you having it both ways, Jared? Because when the gas prices go up, it’s got nothing to do with the president. When we see some decline, you want him to get the credit.“
Biden’s adviser Jared Bernstein was shocked by the question and responded, “Uh, look, I think that, uh, uh, that, uh… look, I think that there’s no both way thinking here at all.”
Bernstein added, “I think there has been consistent, uh, I think, pressure on this White House to do everything it could to ameliorate inflationary pressures, and the president has reacted from the beginning, talking about how this was such an important priority to, uh, alleviate these pressures on behalf of the American people.”

Rosen didn’t stop there. He hit back againa and said, “Earlier it was Putin’s fault. When they’re coming down, [Biden] gets the credit.”
