According to Fox, the U.S. housing market has hit a record high in March and people don’t know what to do.

The average home price for a house in America now stands at an astonishing $405,000 from data collected by Realtor.com.

What’s worse is that the median listing price for a home is now 13.5% higher than it was in March 2021 and is 26.5% higher than in March 2020.

Realtor.com’s Chief Economist Danielle Hale further explained, “Buyer demand is moderating in the face of high costs, and we’re beginning to see more homeowners take price cuts on their listings and overall inventory declines lessen in response.”
