Trump Spends 500k On WHAT?
Former President Donald Trump’s political action committee has just decided to spend a whopping $500,000 to get Georgia Governor Brian Kemp replaced by Trump-endorsed Republican David Perdue.
According to Axios, Trump sent the money to the Get Georgia Right Super PAC just before April.
Get Georgia Right is a federal Super PAC aiming to “make Georgia Red Again.”
The Georgia gubernatorial primary is on May 24th.
Get Georgia Right spokesperson Jessica Freese told Politico, “President Trump has demonstrated a strong interest in making sure the truth emerges about what happened in Georgia. He has also stated that the best way to solve this problem is electing people who acknowledge it and are committed to improving election integrity.”
