BAD News For This Christmas Season
Be prepared for Christmas.
As we get closer to Christmas, many Americans are concerned about how inflation will affect their holiday season this year and it looks like things aren’t going to go well.
New York-based financial services provider, Luca Pautasso, believes that inflation along with public spending and the supply chain shortage will create the “perfect storm” this year.
In transcript provided by Fox Business, Pautasso believes, “It’s going to be a tough Christmas. Many projections say that this is going to be the most expensive … Christmas in the last 30 years.“
He further explained that while many Americans have gotten paid more this year, it will not match to the rate at which inflation has spiked during Biden’s presidency.
“It will be hard to keep the same pace of spending … but people are going to still try to outdo the Christmas they’re used to,” he stated.
Pautasso isn’t the only one who has sounded the alarm on a tough Christmas this year. See what Rep. Dan Meuser has to say:
The holidays are around the corner and demand will increase as it does every holiday season.
