Unemployment Benefits Bombshell

According to the Associated Press, applications for unemployment benefits fell even further last week as the overall number of Americans collecting aid  reached its lowest level since 1970 or 50 years.

The Labor Department found that jobless claims stood at just 184,000 last week.

Only 1.42 million Americans were collecting traditional unemployment benefits on the week of April 9th making it the lowest amount of Americans to collect unemployment since 1970.

American job security is currently very high right now and people are able to find jobs more easily as well.
