Americans Face Mass Evictions
This is not good.
Democrats like President Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi got elected by championing themselves are defenders of the middle and lower-middle class. Sadly, now it looks like a new report has found that evictions are on the rise and people are being forced out of their homes.
According to NBC, evictions across the United States have gotten so bad that Arizona Judge Anna Huberman is now used to seeing more than 100 renters facing eviction daily in Arizona. This issue has affected not just the city of Phoenix but all major cities in the United States.
A very high number of renters missed their October payments and are now being asked to move out of their homes.
A number of people being evicted told media sources that their paychecks just can’t afford what it used to under President Biden’s high inflation. Other pointed to unexpected costs affecting them such as a death in the family and others said they were unable to make money because covid shut down their place of work.
Legal Services Corp. who tracks evictions across America have found that eviction notices are higher than the historical average and they believe the problem is going to get much worse heading into 2023.
President Biden and the Democrats need to do something to lower inflation so the lower-middle class can start to thrive once again instead of them continuing to lose money.
