It has just been discovered that a record number of home buyers are fleeing from coastal cities with the goal of purchasing homes in more affordable parts of the country instead thanks to inflation caused by President Biden’s administration and massive government spending.

According to Fox, Redfin.com found that in the first quarter 32.3% of Redfin users were looking to move to a different metro area.

Redfin also found that record-low mortgage rates in 2021 along with more Americans being able to work from home allowed more Americans to relocate.

Now, people in cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle and Boston have been looking to move out. Coastal cities are experiencing a housing market slowdown.
