Dems Pass Student Loan Forgiveness?
President Biden tricked millions of Americans by getting vote after promising to forgive anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 in their student loan debt and failed to deliver.
Now, things appear to have gotten even worse for Biden and the Democrats because they have become inundated with constant lawsuits which appear to have put the future of student loan debt forgiveness in an unlikely place.
According to The Hill, now the Supreme Court will have to step in for Biden and make a number of decision that could completely derail Biden’s plan to forgive student loan debt.
Here are the two biggest cases that President Biden and the Democrats will have to win in court against if they plan of forgiving billions of dollars worth of debt:
Biden v. Nebraska – 6 Republican states have sued Biden saying his plan to forgive student loan debt will harm them financially due to the loss of tax revenue and other profits.
Department of Education v. Brown – to keep things simple a Texas district judge has claimed that Biden simply does not have the power to create a program of this magnitude.
At the moment it is unclear if Biden will win these cases in court however many Americans who paid off their college debts or decided to not go to college are furious about the debt forgiveness and don’t believe mass student loan debt forgiveness is justified.
