Air Travel Warning

Planning on flying? Maybe you shouldn’t.

In the last year alone, CPI data has indicated that the cost of flying has increased by 33.33%.

According to Fox, the reason for the increase in air travel costs can be attributed sky-high inflation that has been brought on by increased government spending and President Biden’s economic policies.

Furthermore, Delta airlines explained that as the COVID-19 pandemic winds down, the company is seeing its highest booking volumes ever.

United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby also noted that demand for air travel has been the strongest the companies have seen in 30 years.

chief commercial officer of Jet It, Henry Kim, explained “Between soaring prices, nationwide pilot shortages, and reliability issues it has been a challenging few months for commercial airlines.”
