Holiday Season Ruined For Millions
Americans are about to be very upset.
Just 50 days until Thanksgiving and Americans are now learning that inflation is going to result in them paying a whole lot more to travel this year even if they don’t want to. Americans want to enjoy the holidays with their families however the Biden administration has other plans.
According to Fox, a new survey from Bankrate has found that a shocking 79% of people are changing their travel plans because of inflation and higher costs.
Furthermore, airline fees have increased by an astounding 33.4% and gas prices have increased by 25.6%. What’s worse is that 26% of people who were polled said they plan to travel for fewer days than they initially wanted to.
23% of respondents said they are going to drive instead of flying to save costs.
The cost of saying in hotels and motels have also increased by 4.5% as well.
All of these factors, thanks to President Biden, has resulted in a lot of Americans choosing not to visit their families over the holidays. Things continue to get worse and inflation keeps rising.
