Americans Shocked By Gas Prices
Gas prices are back!
For the first time in almost 100 days, gas prices shot back up again and President Biden has no legitimate answers.
According to Fox Business, The national average for a single gallon of gasoline increased by a small margin to $3.681 per gallon from $3.674 after falling slowly on a daily basis since early June.
Gas prices reached an all time high of $5.02 per gallon on June 14th before they began falling steadily thereafter. At the time of reaching it’s all time high, has prices were $120 a barrel.
AAA spokesman Andrew Gross recently explained, “It’s hard to draw conclusions from a tiny one- or two-day dip.”
Gross later added, “A new storm system forming could make its way to the Gulf of Mexico next week, and that could impact oil production and coastal refineries.”
Will gas prices once again reach $5 per gallon like in June? Well, as of right now it is unclear however Americans can be confident that it wont happen in the near future. A few months from now however anything can happen.
