Obama Calls Biden A Liar?

President Biden has recently been blaming the supply chain crisis for high inflation in America.

However, now former President Barack Obama’s counselor to the Treasury secretary Steven Rattner is claiming that President Biden is lying through his teeth!

According to Fox, in a new op-ed in the New York Times, Rattner claimed President Biden is mischaracterizing the once-in-a-generation inflation that Americans are currently facing.

Rattner called out Biden’s excuses and said, “Supply issues are by no means the root cause of our inflation. Blaming inflation on supply lines is like complaining about your sweater keeping you too warm after you’ve added several logs to the fireplace. The bulk of our supply problems are the product of an overstimulated economy, not the cause of it.“

Rattner then said Biden claiming there is a inflation because the supply chain was cut off had little to do with why inflation was really happening.

Rattner instead blamed Biden and said there is now rapid consumer demand because of the unprecedented levels of government spending that President Biden and the Democrats have been pushing since he came into office.

“It’s a classic economic case of ‘too much money chasing too few goods,’ resulting in both higher prices and, given the extreme surge in demand, shortages,” Rattner explained.
